I believe this is actually the fic that turned me onto Harry/Draco. Back in the day I was young and naive, and whenever I thought of Harry/Draco I would think "EWWWWW nooooo so wrong!" but then I read this fic, and the sheer beauty of the storyline drew me in and had me firmly entangled before I could even say "Riddikulous!" and after that, I became a shameless Harry/Draco OTP shipper. Also, the opening paragraph could've come straight from one of Rowling's books - yes, it's that good.
