Erik is at the air port when his attention is caught by a young man blowing a kiss from over the railing of the floor above him. At first he thinks the kiss is for him, but he then realizes it's for some other dude behind him. Erik's confused by the sudden euphoria and subsequent jealousy the mistaken kiss stirred up, but he brushes it off as jet lag.
Erik sees Charles a few times more with Charles obviously deeply in love with whoever he keeps blowing kisses to. Then one day, Erik sees Charles' boyfriend with someone else hanging off his arm. Erik finds Charles crying in the men's room."
Short sweet prompt for a sweet fill. I love the understated way the story gives you just enough detail to figure out what's going on, and the ending made me all awwww. Tonight is apparently a night for sweet little "awwww" stories <3
